Ethnic Intimidation, harassment, serial stalking involving false reporting and fabricated claims to cover up prior incidents of trespassing, removal of property/vehicles, fraud and racial profiling. Harassment related to intimate partner violence and criminal enterprising by an exintimate partner's family member. Color of law activities including mockery of the Lidia Gardner Clerk of Courts, misuse of the division to commit ethnically biased criminal torts, privacy intrusions and trespassing without valid or verified documentation given account of any valid probable cause. Improper purpose associated with misconstruyed historical or chronological accounts, malicious prosecution of affiliation bye ng used to fabricate probable cause on multiple family or family like ties including victims of previous law enforcement misconduct involving violent crimes by a public officer. The family ties thereof an ex intimate partner used the nes, personalities, characters and injuries, copycat criminal color of law incidents such as gun violence to perpetrate ethnic intimidation, bodily integrity and ethical standards violations under the guise and misuse of government office and equipment. He was appointed to this position by former Governor Lawton Chiles on September 1, 1995, effective the following October 1. He retired when his latest term expired on January 5, 2015.[1][2][3] Education Grincewicz was born in Hamtramck, Michigan, on July 1, 1947. Harassment that was setup through family ties wirking in administrative venue. Complaint involves neglience, FL DCF employee violations of administrative policies wherein it is clearly defined what constitutes employee misconduct, fraud. All parties knew of procedure based upon "duty of care", the greater responsibilty in reporting misconduct was tge responsibilty of the other employees and attorneys who routinely handle cases and are subject to administrative policies, statutory obligations and professional responsibilities under model policies of domestic violence, juvenile courts, FL DCF employee handbook code of conduct and which representation is suppose to enforce a fair and equal protection under the law.
